Visiting the desk

Our unit is within a commercial building; reception procedures vary by landlord. Email before you travel so we can meet you at the lift lobby during office hours. We do not offer walk-in legal advice, victim support services, or podcast production consulting — only editorial correspondence about published reviews.

Telephone calls are answered during SGT business hours listed in the footer. If we miss your call, leave a message with a return number and the page you are referencing. We aim to respond to email within three business days.

Response times and language

We respond to editorial email in English during Singapore business hours. We do not provide Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil translation by default; if you write in another language we may reply in English with assistance tools where appropriate. Urgent matters requiring police or crisis intervention should go to official emergency channels — not this editorial desk.

Telephone enquiries about privacy should reference the Privacy Policy section you are asking about so we can route internally without unnecessary back-and-forth. We do not record calls for training unless we tell you at the start of a call and you continue voluntarily.

Media requests about our review methodology are welcome at the general hello address. We do not grant on-the-record quotes about ongoing criminal investigations beyond what is already published on the Site.

Postal correspondence

You may write to us at the address in the footer. Mail is collected during business days; allow additional time for postal delivery within Singapore. Registered mail is not required for editorial feedback. Do not send cash, payment cards, or original legal documents through the post.

Our office unit is not a public drop-in centre for victim support, legal aid, or police reporting. Those services have dedicated government and non-profit channels with trained staff.

All contact methods on this page are also repeated in the site footer on every page so you can reach us without navigating forms or chat widgets. Telephone and email are equivalent channels for editorial matters; choose whichever you prefer.

Spam and abuse

We filter abusive mail and automated spam without responding. Threats or harassment toward staff may be referred to appropriate authorities. Constructive disagreement with our editorial judgment is welcome when expressed civilly.

Directions without the map

If you cannot load Google Maps, search for our street address in your preferred maps application. Landmark: the named shopping centre or commercial building in our footer address. MRT directions vary by site; email us for the current best route during office hours.

Email format

Include your name, the page URL, and a clear subject line so we can respond efficiently. Attachments are optional; do not send audio files — we listen from public platforms. For privacy requests, use the privacy mailbox listed in the Privacy Policy.

Holiday closures

We observe Singapore public holidays and may respond more slowly during year-end periods. Email remains the best channel during closures; voicemail is checked intermittently.

Record keeping

We retain email needed to document corrections but do not build marketing profiles from enquiries.
