1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to podcasttrace.life operated by Podcast Trace Pte. Ltd.. By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Site.

2. Nature of the Site

The Site publishes independent editorial reviews of podcast audio. We do not host, stream, or distribute podcast episodes. Links to Spotify are provided for convenience; Spotify is a third-party service not controlled by us.

3. No Affiliation

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in commercial partnership with the podcast programmes we review or with Spotify. Programme names and episode titles are used solely to identify works under review.

4. Intellectual Property

Original text, layout, and graphics on this Site are owned by Podcast Trace Pte. Ltd. or licensed for our use. You may quote brief passages with attribution and a link. Systematic scraping, republication of full reviews, or framing of Site content without permission is prohibited.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: attempt unauthorised access to our systems; transmit malware; harass staff via email or phone; misrepresent affiliation with our desk; or use the Site in violation of applicable law.

6. Editorial Disclaimer

Reviews reflect our editorial opinion at publication time. We strive for accuracy about podcast content but do not warrant completeness. Content is general information only — not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. True-crime subject matter may disturb some readers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Podcast Trace Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed one hundred Singapore dollars.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Podcast Trace Pte. Ltd. against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.

10. Changes

We may revise these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

12. Accuracy and Corrections

We correct factual errors about podcast content promptly when verified. Opinion and evaluative language — whether an episode feels rushed, whether narration builds trust — remains editorial judgment. Readers may disagree with our assessments without implying inaccuracy. Suggested corrections must cite a timestamp or quotable passage from the published audio.

13. External Platforms

When you follow links to Spotify or other platforms, you subject yourself to their terms, community guidelines, and regional restrictions. We are not responsible for platform outages, geo-blocks, account requirements, or changes to episode availability. An episode available today may be removed tomorrow by its rights holder without notice to us.

14. Mature Content Warning

True-crime reviews discuss audio works that may describe violence, death, and legal proceedings involving real people. The Site is intended for adult readers. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors. We do not target advertising for mature podcasts to children on this Site because we do not run behavioural advertising at all.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision once does not waive our right to enforce it later.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the Site. They supersede prior oral or written understandings about the same subject matter.

17. Links from Third Parties

Other websites may link to our reviews without our permission if they do not misrepresent affiliation. We are not responsible for how third parties frame our URLs or quote our text. Misleading mirror sites should be reported to us; we may request takedown where trademark or passing-off laws apply.

18. Assignment

We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, restructuring, or sale of assets, provided the assignee honours this privacy framework. You may not assign your rights without our written consent.

19. Waiver and Remedies

Our remedies for breach are cumulative where permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. Injunctive relief may be sought for intellectual property misuse or security attacks without prejudice to other remedies.
